Sanskara-PY, founded in 2002 by Alka Mittal and Pankhuri Agarwal, is dedicated to providing a broad platform for artisans while supporting free education for underprivileged children. We collaborate with talented artists from regions like Raghurajpur, Pipli, Nuapatana, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Baripada (Orissa), Khurja and Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh), Mithila (Bihar), Chennai (Madras), and Imphal (Manipur). By transforming traditional art into contemporary, utilitarian products, we aim to offer artisans greater visibility and recognition. All proceeds from our efforts are directed towards promoting free education in low-income families in Ludhiana, Punjab, and Cuttack, Odisha.
